How we work

  1. Intake — systems inventory, retention windows, and sample trail extracts.
  2. Baseline — two weeks of observation to set noise levels and false-positive rates.
  3. Steady state — weekly digests and monthly walkthroughs.
  4. Quarterly reset — adjust thresholds after close, acquisitions, or system upgrades.

Duration and delivery

Minimum commitment is three months so the baseline and first quarterly pack can complete. Monitoring is performed remotely from Hong Kong working hours; on-site sessions are available at China Merchants Tower by appointment.

Please arrange read-only access to journal histories, user-access logs for posting roles, and a named finance contact who can clarify posting context within two business days.

Pricing basis
