You may browse and enquire in good faith. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale without permission, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use the site to transmit unlawful material.
Intellectual property
Site text, design, and branding are owned by Datastreamcraft or its licensors. You may not copy substantive content for commercial reuse without written consent. Client deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement letter.
Enquiries and forms
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. We respond as capacity allows, typically within one business day. Do not send passwords, full ledger extracts, or other sensitive data through the public contact form.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Professional liability for paid engagements is governed by the engagement letter, including any liability caps stated there.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum agreed in an engagement letter.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
